Example of a team

    Storyline

    Level 2.1 - Hallowed Foothills

The Hallowed Hills are a land used to conflict, and it has left the roads and villages well-fortified... but not safe. With Yaka Demons seeking Omnissi, these foothills have become as dangerous as any battlefield.

    Level 2.2 - Motanni Village

The villages of the Hallowed Hills are fortified, but they could not hold out forever. The quick, smart, and lucky have fled, and you are too late for the rest. Rescue is not your goal – only the way to the Temple Road.

    Level 2.3 - Temple Road

Temple Roads are fortified corridors leading to the peaks, patrolled and protected by Beastbloods and mercenaries. That protection is gone, but at least if you follow the road, you won't get lost.

Level 2.4 - Temple Peaks Approach

Most Temple Roads ultimately lead here, to the feet of the Temple Peaks – a string of roads and villages that daisy-chain across the Elemental Temples. It's the fastest way to go from Temple to the next, and you'll need every second.

Level 2.5 - Temple of Earth

The Temple of Earth is the lowest of the Temple Peaks, but the shrine at its heart helps to calm and balance the elemental spirits. The Yaka that consume those spirits are affected, too – not enough to stop them, but it limits their strength.

Level 2.6 - Temple of Water

The next along the Temple Peaks, the Temple of Water is the source which waters the great terrace farms that feed the Hallowed Hills. Any other day, its restoration would be paramount. Today, it is simply between you and Omnissi.

Level 2.7 - Temple of Air

The higher temples were far more relaxed with their defenses, believing the heights of the mountains served as better walls than any they could build. Perhaps they were. It hardly matters, now: neither walls nor mountains were enough.

    Level 2.8 - Mountain Gates

The Astral Temple is not just a sacred space – it is a fortress, as it has held Omnissi's sealed prison for the past thousand years. At these lower reaches, the sprawling village served also as the first bastion against attack. It did not hold.

    Level 2.9 - Upper Monastery

Past the Mountain Gates were the scattered monasteries of the Astral Monks, and rarely did any outsider ever see these dwellings. The monks would never have left willingly... yet this place is abandoned. It does not bode well.

Level 2.10 - The Astral Temple

Here Omnissi resides, sealed in unbreakable skyglass that has been as much protection as prison for a thousand years. Releasing her is not only Omnissi's chance to fulfill her terrible destiny – it is also your chance to finally cut that destiny off forever.
