The Empire of Stelteka fell centuries ago, brought down by the first Ironbands. The Saurin have been quick to rebuild what remains. Tread carefully.
Mining stations like these have been built up, abandoned, then built up again, over and over across the centuries. The old roads that link them should have survived the lava burst.
Poisoned by ash and slag, the Gray Horn Lake will burn any who touch it. But this path avoids the largest Graybone Forges, where the Constra gather.
Stelkteka was a marvel of engineering, it's cities connected in a vast network. Lifts like these were used to bridge the highways between mountain peaks.
Once, there was a vast city in these mountains. This massive fortification guarded its gates, but now the gates are all that is left. They will have to be breached.
While the Great Foundry itself is gone, it was connected to the infamous Steltekan rail system. This rail stop is the closest one that still reaches the Circle of Wrath.
Not many trains have been restored by the Saurin as yet. Fortunately, you only need the one. It will not lead to the Circle of Wrath, but it will take you to the mountain's foot.
Most of the great engines of Stelteka are rust and ruin, now, turning the Switchyard at the base of the Steelmount into a fortified maze. But it is the only way to the mountain.
The old, ritual steps to the Circle of Wrath are long gone, but somewhere in this jumble of burning rock, crumbling stone, and rotting iron, there is a path to the Executioner.
Here, the Executioner slew the enemies of Malice. Here, the souls that fed the Graybone Forges were harvested. Here, the fires that fueled Stelteka flowed. Here, your enemy awaits.
