Ulgorim's death broke the Ogryn, but not the Goblins – they are creatures of chaos, and their siege of Stoneloom has barely slowed. Hopefully it has bought you the time you need to find Pentiax.
The Goblin siege has blocked all the main passages, but an abandoned copper mine bypasses their barriers. There's no reason for the Goblins to defend it, but they wander where they like. No doubt you'll meet resistence.
Dwarves are not the only creatures that wander their underground empire, and so their tunnels are rife with gates and guard posts to keep themselves safe. The gates didn't stop the Goblins, and they won't stop you.
This mine once supplied Stoneloom with precious copper, but once they exhausted the veins, the Dwarves sealed it off. Seals you will not have to break, because the Horde has clearly done so for you.
While the Orcish Iron Leviathan trains are far more imposing, Dwarvan rail lines compensate for size with impressive reach. The Deep Rails connect to everything, even out here. The distance is short, but it will let you bypass the siege.
The rails have brought you as far as they can, nearly to the gates of the city. Stoneloom has never fallen to enemy assault, and hopefully, that remains true... but even if not, your goal lies beneath the city, not within it.
The main siege is behind you, but you are not out of danger. The enemy is no doubt tunneling around the walls, seeking other ways through the city's defenses. You will have to fight your way through.
The Undercity beneath Stoneloom proper is far larger than the city itself, but the Dragon Vault is not nestled too far down. This lift will get you close, but the Goblins have no doubt left guards. Prepare for a fight.
The Deepcast Dwarves that live in the Undercity vastly outnumber the Goldcast of Stoneloom proper, but they have sealed off their tunnels and left the Dragon Vault undefended. You must reach the vault in time to protect its wards.
The vault's seals are safe, but they will fail eventually The only way to keep Pentiax out of enemy hands is to destroy it. It is no true solution: the Corrupted Dragon was a Titan once, and Titans do not stay dead for long. But it will buy time.
Time to slay a Titan.
